1. Payment methods

• Bank card Visa, Mastercard, MIR via secure payment gateway.
• SBP (Faster Payments System) by QR code.
• Cash on delivery for CDEK and Russian Post shipments.
• Bank transfer for legal entities upon issued invoice.

2. Payment security

Payments are processed by a PCI DSS-certified payment gateway. MOMA MATRIX does not store or share card data with third parties.

The connection is secured with TLS 1.3 — all data in transit is encrypted.

3. Receipt

After a successful payment, an electronic receipt is sent to your e-mail in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for payment within 10 business days from the moment the refund is approved. See “Refund policy” for details.
