Refund Policy

1. General terms

Returns of products of proper quality are governed by Russian Federal Law No. 2300-I of 07.02.1992 “On consumer rights protection” and Russian Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020.

Cosmetic and perfume products of proper quality cannot be returned if they have been accepted by the consumer and have no manufacturing defects.

2. Defective products

If a manufacturing defect is found, you may:

• Demand a replacement of the same brand.
• Demand a proportional price reduction.
• Demand prompt elimination of defects or compensation for related costs.
• Withdraw from the contract and demand a refund.

3. Time limits

Claims must be made within the warranty period stated on the package. If no warranty period is specified — within a reasonable time, but no later than two years from the date of purchase.

4. How to request a refund

• Contact us at hello@momamatrix.ru, describe the issue and attach photos.
• We will agree on the return method (courier, CDEK or Russian Post).
• After we receive and inspect the product, the refund is issued within 10 business days to the original card.

5. Return shipping costs

For defective products, return shipping costs are reimbursed by the Company. Returns of products of proper quality (when allowed) are at the buyer’s expense.
