1. Coverage

We deliver orders throughout the Russian Federation. Availability for a specific city can be checked at checkout.

2. Methods

• Courier in Moscow — same day or next day. Free for orders over 5 000 ₽.
• CDEK — 2–4 business days for most Russian cities. Cost calculated at checkout.
• Russian Post — 5–14 business days. Suitable for remote regions.

3. Lead times

Orders placed before 14:00 Moscow time are handed over to the delivery service the same business day. Orders after 14:00 — the next business day. Exact delivery time is communicated by the courier or delivery service.

4. Receiving the order

When receiving the order, please check the integrity of the packaging and the contents. In case of damage, inform the courier and note it on the waybill — this helps us resolve the issue quickly.
