Consent to personal data processing

1. General provisions

This Consent is granted by the user to MOMA LLC (the “Operator”) in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On personal data” when using the MOMA MATRIX website.

2. Purposes of processing

• User registration on the Site and authorization by phone / e-mail.
• Placing, processing and delivering orders.
• Notifying the user about order status, promotions and new MOMA MATRIX products.
• Customer support communication.
• Compliance with the requirements of Russian law.

3. Categories of personal data

• Last name, first name, patronymic.
• Contact phone number.
• E-mail address.
• Delivery address.
• Other data voluntarily provided by the user when placing an order.

4. Operations with personal data

The Operator carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

5. Transfer of personal data

The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purposes of fulfilling this Consent (delivery services, payment services, hosting and communication providers) in compliance with the requirements of Russian law.

6. Validity period

The Consent is valid from the moment of its provision until withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written request to hello@momamatrix.ru.

7. Rights of the data subject

• Receive information about the processing of personal data.
• Demand clarification, blocking or destruction of data in case of incompleteness, inaccuracy or unlawful collection.
• Withdraw consent to processing.
• Appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorized body or in court.
