1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between MOMA LLC (the “Company”) and any individual using the MOMA MATRIX website and online boutique (the “Site”).

Use of the Site means unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Subject matter

The Company allows the user to view information about MOMA MATRIX products, place orders, get consultations and purchase products on the terms posted on the Site.

3. Site usage rules

• Do not disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt to break it.
• Do not use Site materials for commercial purposes without the Company’s written consent.
• Do not post materials that violate the law, third-party rights or moral norms.
• Provide accurate data when placing an order.

4. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site (texts, images, photographs, design, trademarks, logos) are the intellectual property of the Company and protected by Russian law. Any use without the Company’s written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site for technical reasons, nor for user actions that violate these Terms.

The user is responsible for the security of their account credentials and for all actions performed using their account.

6. Amendments

The Company may unilaterally amend these Terms. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Site.
